About The Position

As a Product Marketing Manager focusing on Clinical Informatics, you will be part of a global team of marketing professionals supporting the growth of Philips' advanced visualization and urology solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales enablement programs that drive demand and commercial success for Clinical Informatics solutions in key markets. You will be tasked with creating messaging, content strategy, and activation for products like DynaCAD and UroNav, while also planning and implementing global marketing initiatives in collaboration with product management, including budget and ROI management. Additionally, you will create compelling customer-facing sales and marketing assets, plan product content for events, and work with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for peer-to-peer content. Your role will also involve monitoring the competitive landscape and managing content on sales and partner portals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing medical devices.
  • Experience in developing compelling sales and marketing content.
  • Strong digital experience and digital content creation skills.
  • Proficient in communication tools like PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in establishing and managing a marketing budget.
  • Ability to set priorities, take ownership, and drive results.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, healthcare/med-tech business, or clinical.

Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging, content strategy, and activation for DynaCAD, UroNav, and other clinical solutions.
  • Plan and implement global marketing and training with markets and product management, including budget and ROI management.
  • Create compelling customer-facing sales and marketing assets in collaboration with product management and clinical experts.
  • Plan and activate product content for events, including demo support.
  • Work with KOLs for peer-to-peer content in webinars, hands-on sessions, videos, and symposia.
  • Develop reference sites and reference site agreements with regions.
  • Collaborate with regional and market teams on marketing plan activation and ROI analysis.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide competitive positioning and battlecards.
  • Manage content on sales and partner portals.
