SecureW2 is a cybersecurity startup that helps organizations move toward a passwordless, certificate-based future for network security. We’ve grown rapidly thanks to organic, inbound interest in our truly innovative approach and message we’re bringing to market. We’re now entering a phase where our growth requires tighter coordination across teams. As our customer base grows and our platform becomes more capable, we need a product marketer who can help us understand the features & messaging that truly moves the needle — and make sure those insights shape our positioning, GTM motions, and sales enablement. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can connect our product decisions to market dynamics, customer & partner motivations, and real-world outcomes. This role will help us mature and scale our product marketing function, enabling a fast-growing team with better messaging, better insights, and better communication across the customer lifecycle. No candidates will be considered if a cover letter is not submitted with the job application. Impact You’ll Drive Market Insight That Guides Decisions: Run interviews and analyze win/loss patterns to surface patterns Product and GTM teams can act on. Clear, Credible Positioning: Turn complex access-control and certificate concepts into explanations that hold up in customer and partner conversations. Narrative Alignment: Ensuring a unified and credible story across all channels: website, sales decks, partner content, and product surfaces. Accelerated Growth: Enabling the fast-growing team with better insights and scalable product marketing functions. How You’ll Work Stay close to customers, prospects, AEs, SEs, and CS to understand where messaging resonates and where it breaks. Develop simple, repeatable PMM processes for research, competitive review, and launch readiness. Use AI and automation to speed research and early drafting while relying on your own judgment for accuracy, originality, and clarity. Translate insights into clear recommendations that influence roadmap, messaging, and GTM priorities. Keep product, marketing, and sales aligned around the same narrative and truths. Traits That Make You Effective You can explain complex systems without oversimplifying or drifting into jargon. You have a background in networking, cybersecurity, or adjacent domains, paired with a genuine interest in the space. You have experience building & structuring programs, assets, and repeatable processes. You have conviction of how GenAI should be used, knowing where it accelerates work, where it breaks, and how to use it responsibly.

  • Own product positioning and keep the narrative current as the platform evolves.
  • Run customer and prospect interviews and analyze deal patterns to identify themes.
  • Ensure proper documentation of differentiated positioning for core products and new feature releases, and maintain a unified story across all GTM channels.
  • Help track GTM plans for product updates and integrations, and track the performance of these updates across each stage of the funnel.
  • Create practical, high-credibility content (one-pagers, demo scripts, competitive breakdowns) for Sales, SEs, and BDRs.
  • Create and maintain one “master” PMM GenAI Assistant to promote autonomy within sales and marketing teams.
  • 3–7 years of product marketing experience with strong fundamentals.
  • Background in networking, cybersecurity, or adjacent technical domains.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with AEs, SEs, BDRs, and CS to translate product value into field-ready narratives and manage requests & expectations.
  • Experience building & structuring programs, assets, and repeatable processes.
  • Practical, opinionated understanding of GenAI and its responsible use.
