Craft compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, and messaging inspiring for founders, technical leaders, and the broader partner ecosystem Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies to recruit, onboard, and accelerate high-potential startups and digital natives Collaborate across teams including Cloud Marketing, Engineering, Partner, and Field teams to drive unified execution across the Build-Publish-Grow journey Communicate plans and results to senior management, global field leads, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity Build and continuously improve core marketing content reflecting the latest product capabilities, incentives, and go-to-market opportunities Drive event strategy, planning, and execution at Tier 1 events ensuring the software company narrative is integrated throughout tracks and keynotes Deliver market & audience insights providing feedback to inform product development, marketing messaging, and investment priorities. Use data and customer feedback to refine targeting and engagement strategies. Set clear success criteria, measure impact, and evolve strategies to drive Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) growth

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience
  • Product marketing or partner marketing experience in the software industry
  • Knowledge in cloud computing, specifically building and delivering cloud applications to customers
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience
  • Experience with startups or digital-native companies
