beehiiv is the all-in-one newsletter and creator platform powering the next generation of media companies and independent voices. We help creators and businesses launch, grow, and monetize newsletters—now serving tens of thousands of publishers and reaching hundreds of millions of readers monthly. As we approach $25M in ARR and continue to grow more than 100% YoY, our expanded product suite (featuring our ad network, website builder, and paid tiers) positions us for the next stage of hypergrowth. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive adoption and establish beehiiv’s market leadership across both our self-serve creator base (PLG) and our largest enterprise customers. This role will own the narrative and go-to-market strategy that positions beehiiv as the operating system for the content economy, defining and leading the category. You’ll work across teams to tell a clear story, grow product adoption, and build systems that drive consistent growth across both segments. Please note that compensation will be dependent on experience.

  • Owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across both PLG and Enterprise segments.
  • Establishing clear value propositions and data-backed customer stories that demonstrate beehiiv’s impact on key growth and revenue metrics for both PLG and Enterprise audiences.
  • Defining and evolving beehiiv’s narrative as the operating system for the content economy.
  • Leading product launches that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align feature development with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Building sales enablement materials and competitive positioning to support enterprise growth.
  • Turning customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies that influence roadmap and messaging.
  • Developing scalable frameworks to measure and optimize product adoption and engagement.
  • Championing beehiiv’s brand as a category creator and thought leader across both creator and enterprise audiences.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in product marketing at high-growth SaaS companies, ideally with hybrid GTM models that blend PLG and enterprise.
  • Proven success driving adoption and revenue growth for self-serve SaaS products, and partnering with sales to support enterprise expansion.
  • Deep understanding of user segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature adoption.
  • Experience with performance and lifecycle marketing; comfortable using data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the user journey.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with fluency in key SaaS growth metrics and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Customer.io, Figma, and Excel
  • History of collaborating cross-functionally with product, growth, and sales teams to drive pipeline, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Experience managing or partnering across channels such as content, SEO, partnerships, and community marketing.
