Youâll create a more intuitive user experience that empowers members to take charge of their health through informed financial decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product, growth, or digital marketing focused on digital product adoption.
Proven ability to develop effective messaging and strategies that guide users through a digital funnel.
Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs, interpreting data, and running experiments.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams for measurement framework implementation.
Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging for your assigned product lines across various channels.
Map member journeys and identify key stages for targeted campaigns to drive adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Build and execute go-to-market campaigns that promote product awareness within the portal and mobile app.
Develop and optimize channel strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Design and analyze experiments to improve conversion and reduce user drop-off.
Monitor and report on campaign ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement.
