About The Position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Cornerstone, you will be responsible for managing various initiatives to ensure that the company's messaging and positioning are differentiated and consistent across all internal and external touchpoints. This role requires a deliberate, passionate, data-driven, and customer-focused individual to help drive the business forward by creating impactful marketing collateral, analyzing market data, and influencing product vision and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product marketing or related role.
  • MBA preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company strongly preferred.
  • Experience working directly with customers and sales teams.
  • Confident, motivated team player with a combination of creative ability and operational brilliance.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, enjoys teamwork.
  • Self-starter with proven product, project, and business management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep technical skills to inform company and product positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact marketing and sales collateral such as whitepapers, datasheets, and executive presentations.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify roadblocks and provide solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence to educate sales and assist in deals.
  • Anticipate competitive moves and recommend strategies for Cornerstone.
  • Analyze go-to-market data to quantify market opportunities.
  • Conduct deep customer analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Help define and implement a product vision that fosters market thought leadership.
  • Influence product plans by collaborating with marketing, product management, and sales teams.
  • Create and execute marketing plans for product launches.
  • Assist in marketing events with content curation and customer outreach.
  • Create sales enablement tools and materials.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external analysts to shape points of view.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and industry expert for Cornerstone.
  • Convert facts and points of view into persuasive storytelling.
  • Ensure operational excellence through consistent execution.
