As a Product Marketing Manager you will be part of a team driving the strategy, business models and business results for one of our several strategic and industry defining products like Satellite coverage, handset insurance, security products etc. You will be responsible for laying out the vision, roadmap, strategy, value props, positioning and marketing plans for your products and will partner with our insights, product, GTM and sales teams to bring innovative products and experiences to market while also being the marketing lead for all our channels (retail, digital, care, direct selling). As part of this role you will also work to define the optimum customer journeys across channels (retail, digital, care, direct selling) from purchasing the product, to onboarding, to filing claims and retention in collaboration with various cross functional teams like base management, product and channel teams. To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thought leader with a growth mindset. You will act as a consumer advocate and will have strong business and analytical acumen, understanding of industry landscape, consumer insights & drivers, and ability to deal with uncertainty while building concepts and value props from scratch and also managing the products through their lifecycle including EOL.
