About The Position

The Product Marketing Manager for Pega Customer Decision Hub is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and growth of Pega's CDH solution. This role requires a blend of strategic insights and hands-on marketing execution to ensure that the messaging aligns with business needs and resonates with key customer segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, customer decisioning, or marketing automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology, CRM, customer journey orchestration, or similar technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs for marketing, business and marketing technology personas.
  • Refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure differentiation and alignment with target audience priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets, pitch decks, competitor analyses, and case studies.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and product understanding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Pega Academy team to develop persona + product based courses.
  • Partner with content and digital marketing teams to optimize content for SEO and social media engagement.
  • Leverage customer insights to improve product positioning, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
