Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience, specifically with membership models and/or SaaS products.
  • Experience working with in-house designers and content developers.
  • Campaign development leader with the ability to pull insights from customer data.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign execution.
  • Experience with subscription metrics, cohort analysis and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or consumer membership businesses.
  • Background in customer research and user experience principles.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy and monetization models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Membership across the globe.
  • Develop and execute to a global marketing plan that aligns to the business strategy.
  • Lead product launches from concept to post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance and reflect the customer experience.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and retention.
  • Lead creative content strategies across email, social media, web, and paid channels.
  • Create compelling case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Build engaging product demos, webinars, and educational content.
  • Analyze membership funnels and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, churn rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct A/B tests on messaging, pricing, and campaign elements.
  • Use customer insights and market research to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with Product teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to develop retention campaigns and advocacy programs.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop enablement materials to support Membership.
  • Present marketing performance and insights to leadership team.
