We are looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing and user engagement across Mochi Health's core product surfaces; patient experience, provider portal, and pharmacy portal. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and CRM, and is responsible for building the communication infrastructure and campaign strategies that drive conversion, retention, and long-term engagement across our user base. You will be the go-to owner of our Customer.io instance, designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, push notification, and SMS) that meet users where they are, whether they're a patient starting their weight loss journey, a clinician managing their panel, or a pharmacy partner processing prescriptions.
