About The Position

This position is initially part-time 25 hours/week (flexible hours) with potential to increase into full-time in 2026.

Requirements

  • Strong experience interpreting product and customer data (e.g. adoption curves, retention metrics, engagement dashboards)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams — especially Product, Marketing, and Sales — to deliver data-backed insights
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C user behavior, particularly how users adopt and engage with digital products
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product performance post-launch, focusing on metrics like adoption, engagement, retention, and usage across both B2B and B2C products
  • Partner with Product to identify growth levers and potential enhancements based on customer behavior and market feedback
  • Work with Sales and Customer teams to understand how product features are being used (or not used) in real-world scenarios
  • Provide insights to Product Marketing Managers to help refine positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation strategies
  • Identify underperforming segments, features, or personas and recommend opportunities to optimize value delivery
  • Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate how content and education initiatives are supporting long-term product success
  • Lead ongoing product performance reviews and executive-level dashboards

  • Salary Range for California Residents Only: $63,537.50 to $68,000.00
