The Product Marketing Manager owns the enablement system that helps the business understand, adopt, and use our product portfolio correctly. This is not corporate brand marketing. It is product marketing for an internal stakeholder base, with priority focus on Sales, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and executive leadership. Product Strategy sets direction, and Product Operations runs the cadence. This role joins the dots: partnering with Product Managers and SMEs to create crisp narratives, high-quality collateral, training materials, and self-serve assets that reduce confusion, prevent bespoke drift, and accelerate adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
  • 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or technical enablement roles in complex B2B environments (infrastructure, data centers, cloud, industrial systems, energy, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success building enablement systems: positioning, collateral, training, and internal go-to-market support.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work credibly with SMEs while translating complexity into clear narratives.
  • Excellent writing and executive communication skills; comfortable producing crisp briefs, decks, one-pagers, and “what changed/so what” summaries.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Travel up to 15%, with potential to increase as the business evolves

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure products or portfolios, including standards/variants discipline and multi-region adoption.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering on technical positioning and objection handling.
  • Experience coordinating external design agencies and managing collateral production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to define and maintain internal positioning, value propositions, and messaging for products and major releases.
  • Build and maintain standard enablement kits per product and release (one-pagers, executive summaries, “standard vs variant vs exception” guides, FAQs, talk tracks, and decision guides).
  • Prepare the artifacts that enable predictable launch and release communications (release briefs, “what changed/so what,” stakeholder impact notes, training decks), so Product Ops can run a consistent cadence with complete inputs.
  • Design and deliver enablement sessions and briefings for Sales, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Procurement, producing training materials that are easy to reuse and refresh.
  • Capture recurring questions and friction points from internal stakeholders and convert them into structured, actionable insights for Product Managers.
  • Own the quality bar for collateral and coordinate production (including engaging external design agencies when needed).
  • Provide limited external-facing support when required (for example, light website or partner-facing coordination), while keeping internal enablement as the primary mission.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Management
