The Product Marketing Manager, Digital Pathology will lead go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and commercial enablement for Siemens Healthineers’ digital pathology portfolio in North America. This role bridges market needs with product capabilities, ensuring our solutions are successfully adopted by healthcare providers, laboratories, and research institutions. The ideal candidate blends strategic marketing expertise, product knowledge, and customer-centric storytelling to drive growth, adoption, and differentiation in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with pathology, oncology, or digital imaging is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and driving solution adoption.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technologies into customer value.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across global, regional, and functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for digital pathology solutions in alignment with business growth targets.
  • Develop competitive positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to healthcare providers, pathology labs, and research institutions.
  • Partner with global marketing, regional sales, and product teams to launch new offerings and ensure adoption.
  • Create sales tools, playbooks, and training to enable field teams to effectively articulate the value of digital pathology solutions.
  • Support key customer engagements, RFP responses, and strategic deals with compelling messaging and solution narratives.
  • Monitor sales performance and market feedback to refine positioning and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and marketing priorities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and unmet needs within oncology, pathology, and research workflows.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to shape portfolio strategy and innovation.
  • Develop content (whitepapers, presentations, case studies, webinars) that highlight the clinical and operational value of digital pathology.
  • Partner with industry associations, KOLs, and reference sites to strengthen market presence and credibility.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to drive demand generation campaigns and events.
