Freshworks is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our competitive messaging and enablement initiatives. In this role, you will own the development and execution of compelling competitive positioning, arming our sales, marketing, and product teams with the insights, content, and tools they need to win in the market. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will be a key driver of competitive intelligence, messaging strategy, and enablement excellence across Freshworks' global go-to-market efforts. Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).
