This role is a strategic and execution-focused position responsible for driving go-to-market initiatives for a portfolio of AI/ML-powered advertising and monetization products. You will define customer personas, craft positioning and messaging, and lead cross-functional campaigns that translate product innovation into measurable business impact. The role requires strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align product launches, user acquisition strategies, and growth marketing initiatives. You will act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to guide product roadmap decisions and ensuring adoption success. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product marketing professional to influence both strategy and execution across a fast-growing digital platform.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in AdTech, mobile apps, gaming, or SaaS.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in advertising, monetization, or user acquisition, and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of mobile advertising, in-app monetization, and programmatic ecosystems (e.g., mediation, bidding, eCPM optimization).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives in a matrixed or global organization.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with business acumen and ability to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams and influencing roadmap decisions.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing across multiple product lines, and operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

Responsibilities

  • Define actionable customer personas and integrate insights into product design, beta programs, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging that communicates the value of AI/ML-powered advertising products to mobile developers and marketers.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for product launches, feature rollouts, and platform integrations, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Support sales enablement by creating playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Capture and communicate customer and market insights to influence product roadmap and strategic decisions.
  • Represent the product externally through thought leadership, industry events, and partnership engagements.
  • Monitor adoption, sales impact, and customer feedback to inform future marketing initiatives and optimize GTM strategies.
