About The Position

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for an AI/ML-powered advertising product suite. In this role, you will define customer personas, develop positioning, and lead marketing initiatives that connect product capabilities to real business outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure launches, integrations, and feature rollouts achieve maximum impact. Your insights will influence product roadmaps while shaping messaging and content that resonates with mobile and gaming audiences. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring both creativity and analytical rigor. You will own campaigns from conception to execution and help amplify the product’s presence in the market.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM strategy, ideally in AdTech, mobile apps, gaming, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in advertising, user acquisition, or monetization, and ability to simplify complex technology for marketing narratives.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising, in-app monetization, and programmatic ecosystems (e.g., mediation, bidding, eCPM optimization).
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and writing skills for multiple audience types.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional GTM initiatives, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong business acumen, data literacy, and experience aligning product marketing with revenue objectives.
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically, manage ambiguity, and prioritize across multiple product lines.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to influence roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define actionable customer personas and incorporate insights into product strategy, GTM initiatives, and communications.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging, translating technical AI/ML features into customer value.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, platform integrations, and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to create enablement tools including playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and customer collateral.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback and market trends to influence product development and messaging.
  • Represent the product externally through industry events, briefings, and partnership meetings.
  • Conduct post-launch analyses to evaluate adoption, engagement, and revenue impact, refining GTM approaches as needed.
