About The Position

Roblox is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Ads and Brands product team. As the PMM, you will partner closely with the product owners for our advertising products that allow brand advertisers to reach the next generation on Roblox and our community of developers to earn from publishing ads. You will be a core part of leading the strategy and go-to-market execution for these solutions while working closely with our Brand Partnerships team that interfaces with our brand and agency partners. You will be instrumental in crafting and driving a winning strategy for Roblox's advertising ambitions, significantly contributing to the company's growth and market leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years product marketing experience with a global technology and advertising platform, with a preference for experience in advertising, commerce and selling to large brand advertisers.
  • Deep experience partnering with sales teams from leading product education and objection handling to gathering actionable product insights from our sales team and end customer.
  • Proficient in messaging, positioning and marketing/content strategy for a large brand and agency audience.
  • Collaborative, perpetually curious with an extremely high-level of customer focus.
  • Experience leading omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience driving deep internal partnerships, cross-functional alignment and working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to identify gaps and opportunities and influence relevant teams and executive leadership to reach resolution.
  • Experience presenting at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Passionate about supporting new business models and building an advertising business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch process and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, content creation and positioning for Ads and Brands Group products and policies.
  • Develop compelling, evergreen product content that educates and inspires brands to advertise on our platform across our business-focused channels, sales enablement materials and industry events.
  • Stay on the pulse of the marketing and advertising industry and nurture and develop our marketing and advertising industry partnerships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Foster deep cross-collaboration between Brand Partnerships, Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Communications, Events and Creative teams.
  • Become a trusted advisor to these teams.
