Ring Business and Amazon Key are seeking a customer-centric product marketing manager to shape the future of our go-to-market strategy and step-change our growth. You will be responsible for our B2B product portfolio's strategy, targeting, positioning, and messaging. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative new products. You will also generate deep customer insights and champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape our product strategy. You’ll work closely with the product, sales, and research teams to gather customer insights, refine personas, and lead go-to-market strategy. Your day may involve leading market intelligence efforts, analyzing customer purchase intent, and developing engaging product content. As the voice of the customer, you will be at the heart of growing our business and enhancing our portfolio.
