As Astra's first Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the center of how we bring our payments infrastructure to market. This is more than a traditional product marketing position — it's an opportunity to build the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy that will define how customers understand and adopt Astra's platform. You'll own the full spectrum of product marketing: crafting compelling narratives around our API products, enabling our sales team to win deals, developing rich content that demonstrates real impact, and ensuring our positioning cuts through in a crowded fintech landscape. You'll also partner closely with the leadership team to inform roadmap priorities based on market feedback and to build marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue. Because this is an early hire on the go-to-market team, you'll have direct input into our messaging framework, the content we create, and the sales playbooks we build. You'll collaborate with leaders across sales, product, engineering, and customer success to ensure that Astra's value proposition resonates as powerfully as our technology performs.
