About The Position

In this role, you’ll help build and maintain the core strategic foundations that commercial teams rely on to sell Diligent Boards effectively. You’ll own and evolve a centralized Messaging House that serves as a one-stop shop for key product messages, target audiences and personas, pain points, and competitive context. You’ll also support the development of a Director Persona Agent, using existing materials and new research to help reps quickly understand what Directors care about, the challenges they face, and how Diligent Boards’ capabilities map to their needs. You’ll further shape go-to-market strategy through win/loss analysis, delivering weekly qualitative insights on key deals and a quantitative summary of trends by the end of the internship. You’ll analyze the performance of our new pricing and packaging, providing insight into adoption, feedback, and what’s working or not six months into launch. Finally, you’ll help maintain and enhance our Competitive Intelligence Agent, continually feeding it fresh data and surfacing new patterns and insights to inform sales and marketing.

  • Own ongoing win/loss analysis, performing weekly qualitative reviews of key deals and delivering concise insights and an end-of-internship quantitative and qualitative summary.
