Requirements

  • Undergraduate student graduating from May 2027-May 2028 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science/Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field
  • Have at least one previous internship or co-op experience at SaaS/Tech company
  • A dynamic and technical mind, who loves getting into the weeds and turning that knowledge into a compelling story
  • A detail-oriented, curious thinker who craves understanding how everything works
  • A visionary, who can see how pieces can fit together to yield something more powerful
  • A deeply empathetic person, who always starts with our customer and works backwards
  • A storyteller, whose internal and external communications inspire people and compel them to join your cause

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Klaviyo’s customer segments by building a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, key personas, and buying committees
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to help inform positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Develop a strong understanding of how the Klaviyo CRM platform works, including the data and capabilities that power customer value
  • Support enablement and sales teams by creating and maintaining resources that drive awareness and help teams sell more effectively
  • Translate product functionality into clear, compelling stories that highlight customer value and differentiation
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, and Marketing—to analyze feedback, identify growth opportunities, and deliver timely updates to enablement materials
  • Create marketing and enablement assets that position Klaviyo as a differentiated platform across multiple go-to-market motions, including PLG, sales-led, events, and executive keynotes
