In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the success of our JAGGAER One solution suite in our top verticals, which include manufacturing, higher education, the public sector, transportation and logistics, and more. You will become a subject matter expert in positioning the JAGGAER One solution in the market and with Analysts and Partners. Along with developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, messaging, and product launches with a laser focus on customer-centricity, you will build strategic connections across Gartner, IDC, and industry-specific analysts. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing with dotted line into our Chief Strategy Officer, you'll leverage market intelligence to gain a strategic edge and foster robust cross-team interlocks to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analyst relationships and influencing Gartner outcomes.
  • Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Supply Chain technologies is preferred.
  • 5+ years in the Spend Management or Supply Chain industry.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a start-up-like, agile environment.
  • Exceptional time management and coordination skills.
  • Strong planning, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jaggaer's product portfolio and Source-to-Pay solutions a plus.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certified, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in positioning the JAGGAER One solution in the market and with Analysts and Partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, messaging, and product launches.
  • Build strategic connections across Gartner, IDC, and industry-specific analysts.
  • Act as JAGGAER's primary point of contact for all analysts in the Source-to-Pay and Supplier Collaboration space.
  • Coordinate analyst research projects and outbound requests by working with Product Management, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, and leadership.
  • Manage contractual obligations, monitor and distribute reports, and coordinate regular briefings and customer engagement.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase customer success stories and differentiate our solutions from competitors.
  • Anticipate needs, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Uncover and understand market trends, analyst insights, customer success, and competitive landscapes.
  • Create and execute strategic plans that result in strong, positive relationships with industry analysts and influencers.
  • Interact with JAGGAER customers to understand their pain points and business drivers.
