As a Product Marketing Co-op supporting K:Marketing (specifically, our core marketing app, which includes: campaigns and flows, editors, segments, lists and profiles, forms, and has also extended to include a new social marketing product) you’ll help shape how brands deliver personalized, connected experiences across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams to bring new features to market, strengthen our story, and show how service drives growth. Requirements

  • Undergraduate student graduating between May 2027 and May 2028 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
  • A curious, detail-oriented, and visionary thinker who can connect ideas to create powerful solutions.
  • A dynamic, technical, and empathetic individual who enjoys delving into details, transforming knowledge into compelling narratives, and prioritizing the customer.
  • Interested in the intersection of marketing and product—and how technology and AI can transform omnichannel marketing.
  • A strong communicator who can turn complex information into clear, engaging stories.
  • Data-driven, analytical, creative, and customer-obsessed.

Nice To Haves

  • Have had a prior internship or co-op experience in product marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments—their needs, pain points, and key personas—to inform messaging and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support go-to-market programs that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for email and social marketing.
  • Collaborate across product, design, and marketing to bring new features to market through clear, customer-focused storytelling.
  • Craft messaging, positioning, and proof points that show how K:Marketing helps brands deliver more personalized, connected customer experiences.
  • Create enablement materials and sales resources that help teams sell confidently and consistently.
  • Partner cross-functionally to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and continuously refine our narrative and assets.
