Traditional Revenue Cycle Management processes often struggle with inefficiencies, costing providers up to 15% or more of their potential revenue. Adonis addresses these challenges by leveraging advanced automation, data science, and AI to create the infrastructure that RCM teams need to detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy precise solutions that drive reliable and scalable financial outcomes. Whether identifying issues before they escalate, recommending tailored resolutions, or automating the deployment of those resolutions, Adonis creates a seamless, future-proofed approach to RCM. Adonis is looking for a Product Marketing Associate to support our Marketing team as we scale. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who brings a strong analytical foundation, intellectual curiosity, and creative instincts. You’ll play a key role in market research, competitive intelligence, and product storytelling while gaining exposure to core product marketing workflows. This is a high-potential role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in product marketing and growth, eventually shipping high-quality work across content, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives. This role will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design.

Requirements

  • One plus years of experience in consulting, business operations, market research or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize insights into clear takeaways.
  • Comfort working with modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
  • Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail across written and visual work.
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, Healthcare, or enterprise software.
  • Experience with Figma, Gong, or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain AI-native research and analysis workflows to scale insights across the organization.
  • Analyze sales calls to identify trends, objections, and opportunities to improve messaging and demos.
  • Support the creation and iteration of product marketing assets, including slides, one-pagers, and internal enablement materials, using Figma and Google Slides.
  • Help manage change management processes related to demos, messaging updates, and market/customer feedback.
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to support launches, enablement, and ongoing optimization efforts.
