TekSynap is seeking a Product Manager ( Agile leader ) who manages backlogs, prioritizes government requirements, and ensures cloud services deliver value aligned to F-35 program goals. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , IT Management, or related.
- 7+ years Agile/ SAFe product management; 3+ years DoD program management.
- Experience managing cloud cost optimization and backlog prioritization.
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management metrics.
- Clearance: Secret.
Nice To Haves
- Top Secret/SAP clearance preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage agile backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization with GPO.
- Oversee cloud cost management and DevSecOps tool adoption.
- Track program KPIs and ensure alignment to F-35 JPO objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration across multi-contractor DevSecOps teams.
