At Vali, product decisions must be grounded in real customer pain and real operational data. We’re looking for a Product Manager who is equally strong in customer discovery and analytical rigor — someone who can deeply understand our users, define what success looks like, and use trustworthy data to drive what we build next. You’ll own product strategy and execution across core workflows like scheduling automation, caregiver engagement, after-hours operations, time tracking, and shift finalization. You’ll shape the roadmap, define success metrics, explain what’s working (and what isn’t), and ensure we’re building the right things — for the right customers — at the right time. This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to leadership, customers, and production data.
