About The Position

Work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to communicate changes, coordinate deliverables, track and report on progress. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • 2+ years as a product owner/manager/analyst
  • 2+ years of experience with technology development process and lifecycle (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of the corporate stock plan business and operating paradigms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple stakeholder groups (including end users) to enable decision making
  • Strong technical writing skills to assist with user story/requirement writing
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to assist with data analysis and building presentations for senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a problem statement and solution it with a set of clear and concise business rules
