About The Position

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Manager, VSPS, Network Products (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to: Input into the product vision and strategy for Visa Stop Payment Service (VSPS). Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle including impact analysis, requirements gathering, technical designs reviews, prepare and be responsible for client documentation preparation to ensure accuracy and quality, and engage with internal and external partners on the delivered enhancement(s). Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and launch. Gather and analyze customer feedback and track product performance using key metrics to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience. Develop strategies for scaling the product to new markets and customer segments, and identify opportunities for revenue acceleration through partnerships, upselling, and new feature enhancements. Support new business growth by providing pre and post sales product support to prospective clients, especially those working with the VSPS APIs. This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Position reports to the Austin, TX office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields and 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in Product Development.
  • Experience in Data Analysis.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
  • Experience in Product Marketing.
  • Experience in Business Development.
  • Experience in Business Analytics.
  • Experience in Functional/User Acceptance Testing.
  • Financial or payments experience.
