We’re looking for a Product Manager to define how Kraken supports Vertically Integrated Utilities, both in North America and across the globe. You’ll deeply understand our utility partners' needs, and use those insights to shape a suite of products and experiences that improve the customer experience for our clients. You’ll collaborate across sales, delivery, product and engineering teams to deliver client outcomes and business value, making Kraken the platform of choice for Vertically Integrated Utilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with at least two years of experience in the utility industry.
  • You’re a systems thinker who can connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows into coherent, scalable products.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and data science.
  • You’re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working on a high-level product strategy or rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, balancing technical and business needs.
  • Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery.
  • Passion for customer experience, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products within the Vertically Integrated product group.
  • Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Translate insights from real-world utilities into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute your product roadmap, ensuring we deliver required outcomes, within the timelines agreed to, while also building a flexible experience within our core application.
  • Work closely with engineering to build, test, and refine products.
  • Drive a best-in-class user experience.
