About The Position

The Product Manager for Travel & Hospitality Consulting at Cognizant is responsible for leading consulting engagements within the Travel & Hospitality sector. Requirements

• Minimum of eight years related work experience as a product owner.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering).
• Strong product management skills including backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Experience in managing technology projects or multiple technical workstreams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-facing experience and loyalty expertise.

• Understanding of data platforms and queries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engagement Lead and manage teams of Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers for commercial projects.
• Support business development activities, including pricing consulting components and coordinating resources.
• Assess proposed solutions for strategic growth and opportunity expansion.
• Lead client workshops and support business analysis interviews.
• Monitor and supervise daily activities of project staff, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and mentorship of consulting colleagues.
• Develop and manage the capture and sharing of intellectual property and project artifacts.
• Exercise leadership in developing consulting service offerings and thought leadership in the industry.
