About The Position
Our team is made up of 8 dedicated professionals, including 5 product managers and 3 category managers, who work collaboratively across a diverse portfolio. We manage key product lines, including air systems, transmissions, axles, eMobility, ADAS, and more, under the ZF WABCO brand. We are highly cross-functional, partnering closely with teams like sales, global product management, engineering, and purchasing to drive strategic outcomes. With a strong focus on customer needs, we aim to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that lead the market. As a Product Manager, you will manage the release of new products for the NA CVS AM and develop new projects through to production, working closely with North American customers, ZF global support teams and ZF's sales organization. You will develop and present business cases for assigned product categories, ensuring service readiness through product and marketing support for Product and Key Customer Teams. You will maintain effective contacts with various functions and be the market expert on assigned products, developing targeted price points and maintaining profitable margins. Additionally, you will attend and represent ZF at major aftermarket shows and develop marketing and sales training material for the aftermarket sales team.
