Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote Agile best practices and coach teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality
  • Budget & Resource Management: Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget
