About The Position

The Product Manager for Tapestry will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the electric grid by leading product innovation at the intersection of science and engineering. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building innovative products in collaboration with high-touch enterprise customers.
  • Experience in fast-paced, innovative environments, preferably with startup experience or on early-stage teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge in AI/ML and SaaS capabilities, with prior experience in productizing prototypes and innovation partnerships.
  • Experience in the energy industry, power systems, or energy grid knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience bridging software engineering with hardware, sciences, robotics, or other domains.

Responsibilities

  • Apply product management best practices to creatively solve complex, ambiguous, and novel problems.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary engineering and machine learning team, acting as a connecting point between software & power system engineering, operations, partnerships, and business.
  • Develop a highly ambitious yet practical strategy for pushing the boundaries of what's possible today while foreseeing future needs and opportunities.
  • Independently drive product management rigor and hygiene, rolling up sleeves to get things done.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches for prioritization, scoping, and measuring the impact of product capabilities and roadmap.
