About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the next chapter of Oracle Fusion Applications by driving the shift toward agentic, touchless ERP experiences. In this role, you will define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered agents that simplify, automate, and intelligently guide complex Credit-to-Cash workflows. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and SAE teams to deliver natural language interfaces, prompt-driven agents, and intelligent automation that reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Define product specifications and or strategy.
  • Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications.
  • Communicate product strategy and functionality.
  • Initiate and foster relationships with other groups.
  • Review product documentation and collateral.
  • Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-driven touchless ERP solutions, focusing on the seamless automation of business processes.
  • Champion the shift from traditional user interfaces to end-to-end, fully automated flows.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and customer success) to deliver market-differentiating agentic product features.
  • Remain at the forefront of AI trends and technologies, bringing thought leadership and a unique perspective on their role within enterprise software.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry leaders to drive product adoption and ensure alignment with real-world business needs.
  • Set and measure KPIs for automation success—prioritizing outcomes that minimize or remove manual touchpoints.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
