What you will do Analyze competitive dynamics, maintaining strong networks and market intelligence to understand competitor strengths, weaknesses, and emerging threats. Develop deep customer insight, including buying drivers, perceived value, and engagement trends, to tailor messaging and strengthen customer relationships. Lead and support key strategy documents, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, product launch plans, and long-term portfolio roadmaps. Design and execute marketing and channel strategies, developing new tools, communications, and campaigns aligned to business and customer needs. Translate clinical, technical, and product features into clear, value-driven messaging customized for different customer segments and stakeholders. Track, analyze, and report KPIs and performance metrics to sales and leadership, incorporating insights into ongoing strategic decisions. Support pricing, financial modeling, business cases, and portfolio decisions, including obsolescence planning and evidence generation. Partner cross-functionally with sales enablement, MarComm, marketing intelligence, and clinical teams to align execution with Stryker’s overall business objectives. What You Need Required: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience Preferred: • MBA • Minimum 2 years medical device or marketing experience $107,200 - $178,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
