About The Position

About the Role Team Spark is Vanguard’s experimental, innovation-focused product team designed to accelerate learning, challenge norms, and integrate AI into the product lifecycle. As the Product Manager for Team Spark within the Secure Site team, you will lead a cross-functional team exploring new ways of working, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, and delivering rapid, high-impact product outcomes. This role offers exceptional visibility, broad scope, and the opportunity to shape the future of AI-enabled product practices at Vanguard. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership & Strategy Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes of different products for Team Spark. Conduct continuous product discovery to identify high-value client and business opportunities. Own backlog management, story refinement, and iterative delivery in a dynamic, AI-driven environment. AI-Integrated Product Development Leverage AI tools across the entire product lifecycle—from research and synthesis to capability creation. Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to embed AI in workflows and accelerate delivery. Share AI best practices, prompting patterns, and tool guidance to upskill crew and partners. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison for product direction, alignment, and decision-making. Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders and product teams, fostering trust and transparent communication. Facilitate fast, effective collaboration across design, engineering, and business domains.
