Responsibilities • This role is responsible for: shaped and unshaped refractories; microporous product lines• Join our team and support Thermal's product family, with accountability for the revenue and profitability goals of the product family• Display infectious passion and urgency to achieve product family growth and margin expansion plans through delighting (internal and external) customers• Define and support the product vision and roadmap, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements (Voice of Customer), work closely with Business Development, Sales, Technology, Customer Service, Operations, Application Engineering, and other functions as needed to deliver growth• Ensure that the product and marketing (product, price, promotion, process) efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals• Meet or exceed new product sales targets, growing market share and margin• Collaborate with the Global Product Management team to maximize commercial success and margins for Thermal Ceramics products
