About The Position

As a Product Manager Senior within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will lead strategic initiatives to transform PNC's credit card business into a differentiated national issuer. This role focuses on reducing high-risk credit exposure through effective credit line management strategies, ensuring the right technology is in place, and formulating policies to measure progress towards goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and experiences to customers, leveraging your strong credit risk knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in product management or development.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk and related concepts such as net credit loss and risk/reward tradeoffs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business and financial results through product selection, design, development, and promotion.

  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.
  • Manage the development and production of specific products, addressing operational issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and digital channels to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals.
  • Develop product-specific marketing initiatives and support risk management and compliance needs.
