Requirements

• 3+ years experience working on Salesforce in capacity of developer, solutions consultant, technical product manager or architect.
• 3-4 years of Product Management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated background in learning and understanding technology.
• Proven track record of curiosity-driven learning in technology.
• Technology related certifications are preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Background in Hospital, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Basic knowledge of AI Tools for generating product requirements documents.

Responsibilities

• Champion the needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Solve important problems for our customers, or Vituity, in ways that our users and customers love.
• Discover innovative solutions and make product decisions that are good for our customers and Vituity.
• Develop and document clear, comprehensive business requirements.
• Monitor all CR inquiries and issues for assigned platforms and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide knowledge transfers to colleagues and ensure optimal product knowledge.
• Lead efficient working of all phases of product development.
• Develop ways to capture product data, user behavior data, and changes to user behavior over time.
• Analyze platform markets and capabilities and design/update workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Effectively influence and collaborate with others, presenting and securing approval from senior management.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Coordinate timely delivery of commitments made to stakeholders.
