Feedback Integration & Voice of Customer: Actively gather and synthesize input from customers, market research, and internal teams to ensure deliverables reflect evolving needs. Leverage Voice of Customer insights to adapt solutions and demonstrate responsiveness and agility. Value Communication: Support internal and external communications of deliverables, including roadmap updates, to clearly convey the value and timing of market deliverables. Subject Matter Expertise: Build expertise in customer challenges and foster strong market planning relationships to guide customer-focused product decisions. Facilitate scope discussions, balancing customer, business and technical needs to ensure value-based delivery.
