About The Position

The Product Manager for RTCDP Audiences at Adobe is responsible for owning, defining, and launching critical initiatives within the Real-time Customer Data Platform. The position is pivotal in driving product growth and optimizing marketing strategies through audience discovery.

Requirements

  • Relevant product management experience; ideally 3-5 years in a relevant enterprise products in a high growth phase.
  • Self-starter, results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work optimally at all levels within the organization and with partners.
  • Curiosity for the user problem — have opinions on where the market is going and are always eager to learn more.
  • Product led growth mindset — Ability to run growth product experiments with a track record of learning fast to optimize an experience to reach a metric.
  • Excellent Communication skills - You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation applications such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze or analytics platforms such as Amplitude.

Responsibilities

  • Independently envision, define, own and drive critical areas for the product to build a world class product offering.
  • Drive prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities across various workflows.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and field teams to identify and deliver delightful user experiences.
  • Provide a strong customer perspective on optimizing marketing strategies through audience discovery.
  • Work with product marketing and go-to-market organizations to help drive market success.
  • Help the business scale to serve thousands of customers.
