The Product Manager for Routines & Customer Experience (CX) is focused on optimizing the customer experience for the overall portfolio from edge-to-edge (pre-sale through implementation and rollover), and management of the total Stago system solution with focus on a comprehensive line of routine reagents to optimize sustainable growth and customer retention.
