About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in retail store operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the development and delivery of solutions that enhance store efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the retail domain, with a focus on store operations.
  • Strong understanding of store workflows, POS systems, inventory handling, and customer service processes.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and wireframing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between store operations teams and technology teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to store systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements for store operations.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos.
  • Drive timely delivery of features and enhancements using Agile methodologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption.
