About The Position

Cognizant Consulting vertical is a high performing organization with an expanding client base and is increasingly being recommended by analysts such as Forrester and Gartner. As a Senior Consultant or Manager Consulting, you will shoulder multiple responsibilities that range from analyzing a client's business challenges/objectives and interviewing key client stakeholders to develop recommendations and chartering their digital product information transformation journey. You will participate and lead teams in both strategic advisory and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed college
• Graduation degree from a reputed college/university
• 12-20 Years' experience in Business Analysis/Product Management/ Consulting role (Retail / Consumer goods / Travel / Hospitality) + IT exposure
• Worked in Consulting or as an industry SME in Retail/Consumer Goods/Travel/Hospitality sector
• Experience in handling large-scale transformation projects around Customer experience/E-Commerce transformation programs
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) & Facilitating skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge & be able to apply frameworks to design and present a solution
• Design user personas and user journeys
• Capability to understand the big picture
• Innovativeness & Thinking Out of the Box
• IT/ Digital literacy, Analytical & Problem solving
• Able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Good subject matter expertise on one or more of the following industries - Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, Hospitality
• Good expertise with taxonomies, data quality, data dictionary, business rules, and data governance
• Experience with onboarding products and managing product data
• Experience with one or more PIM solution: Stibo, Informatica, or Syndigo

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services, while working very closely with our clients, helping them solve their most complex business and technology challenges
• Deliver outstanding client results, while facilitating client teams in implementing recommendations that drive a great customer experience
• Lead and support leaders in business development pursuits such as RFI/RFP responses and writing proactive proposals
• Work as a product owner/product manager in agile based software delivery of business/IT transformation projects and manage a team of junior analysts
• Lead joint working sessions with clients, develop user personas and user journeys and construct business case scenarios in support of clients' agendas
• Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant
• Contribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collaterals
• Proactively support team building and on-boarding efforts via mentoring
• Mentor and groom junior consultants on consulting skills, customer experience accelerators and on participating in RFP responses and discovery programs
