About The Position

This role will partner with business and engineering teams to design, build, and continuously improve tools that power how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR technology product management experience.
  • Hands-on delivery experience with engineering teams.
  • Experience in an in-house recruiting product or process role.
  • Ability to analyze and manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • Track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build consensus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Creativity to solution within regulatory boundaries.
  • Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements.
