In this role, you'll define and drive next-generation sensing capabilities, starting with Ultra-Wideband (UWB) for person-to-product attribution and advancing multi-modal fusion across RFID, UWB, and other emerging technologies. You'll lead experimentation, prototyping, and productization to create breakthrough retail experiences, including assisted and frictionless checkout. You'll work closely with retail partners to develop proofs of concept, explore new use cases, and collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement innovative technologies. This role is at the forefront of RADAR's expansion beyond inventory, shaping new product categories and unlocking advanced shopper insights. By the end of 2026, you'll lead a pilot that fuses UWB and RFID in live stores, enabling person tracking and product attribution at scale.
