The Product Strategy & Experimentation group at Ahold Delhaize USA supports the product organization through the product lifecycle that spans the spectrum from ideation-strategizing to execution-delivery and everything in between. The Product Strategy team is responsible for managing the e-commerce and fulfillment product strategy and portfolio, roadmap, and OKRs. They will ensure we effectively move to the Product Operating Model and conduct business value and ROI analysis to inform and communicate how our product strategy creates quantifiable business value for ADUSA. They will support the organization in understanding and identifying where to invest so we can drive impact at each stage of the e-commerce customer journey (acquisition, retention, growth). Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
