About The Position

Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. Responsible for enabling inventory that powers our advertising product portfolio. Refines designs for new product ideas and conducts user need analyses for ancillary products to ensure subscriber and financial objectives are achieved. Manages ongoing product management of new and existing products, including gathering business requirements, authoring features, and prioritizing based on program needs. Conducts the planning, analysis, and monitoring required to ensure unit and financial targets are met for assigned products. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff.

  • Understands and has knowledge of TV and Streaming inventory ad products, ad delivery platforms, and experience with Programmatic Advertising products and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution of complex product challenges.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for product innovation and process improvement, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic vision.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment and successful product outcomes.
  • Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research.
  • Teams with product development to deliver high quality products on time.
  • Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features.
  • Assists in analysis of product's unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Concise communication of trends, opportunities and risks, developing and defending POV for product features/benefits.
  • Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
