What You’ll Do – Residential ERV Product Management Product Strategy & Lifecycle Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Residential ERV line. Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept to manufacturing, launch, and ongoing optimization. Align products with market trends, building codes, and industry standards. Translate market research and customer insights into actionable product requirements. Monitor competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies to ensure market leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver successful product launches. Support go-to-market plans, partner enablement, and training programs. Product Marketing & Market Impact Develop marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and profitability. Create sales tools, training materials, and content that communicate product value. Analyze product performance, pricing, and placement to maximize results. Represent RenewAire at industry trade shows and support annual budgeting initiatives. Customer & Market Feedback Gather and evaluate customer feedback, warranty data, and system designer input. Use insights to inform product improvements and long-term development. Conduct market research to ensure products meet evolving industry needs.
