About The Position

Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and fintech innovation, is seeking a Product Manager to help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Procurement product. Our solutions are transforming how businesses manage their procure-to-pay process with a focus on seamless user experiences, automation, and AI-powered efficiencies. In this role, you will own critical product initiatives within the Procurement, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative, high-impact features. You’ll collaborate with teams in the US and Israel, reporting to the Director of Product for Procurement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI. Practical experience applying AI to product experiences.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product features and roadmap items that support the broader product strategy and company goals.
• Leverage AI-driven technologies and data driven insights to innovate, improve user experience and reduce operational friction.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful product outcomes.
• Serve as the product domain expert, clearly communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in all product decisions, advocating for delightful, intuitive user experiences.
